All classes are for mixed abilities and therefore suitable for beginners and also people who frequently practise yoga. Daytime and evening classes are held locally in Cookham.
Small classes - between 3 and 6 people.

Courses are paid in advance and each course follows the school term
(clients have the freedom to start at any point during the term)

What to wear:
Loose fitting clothing, layers are ideal for getting too hot or cold. We are bare foot during the session.
What to bring to class:
A non slip mat, essential for safety - I have some for sale for £15
A block and a strap, i have a
limited number to lend.
A blanket; useful for the final relaxation.
Private lessons:
One to one tuition or a small group of friends who want to practice together can be arranged on request. This is particularly useful for first timers to yoga who want to get accustommed to doing yoga before joining in with our scheduled classes.
Each session to suit you:
For beginners to understand how to practice yoga, the physical postures (asanas), breath awareness (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana).
For the student with prior experience to deepen their abilities into their asanas.
For people whose lifestyle is too busy to attend a regular session.

*It is recommended that you do not eat a couple of hours before practising yoga.
