"I was born in France and now live in Cookham with my husband and my 2 grown up daughters. I worked for many years in the London animation industry. At that time I discovered yoga. I attended yoga classes for several years and during both of my pregnancies. After the birth of my second daughter I became a nursery nurse and have been working with children ever since.
Yoga became very important to me, something that grew to be part of who I am, and has stayed in my life ever since.
I have now been practicing yoga since 1980. In that time I have explored and practiced a variety of yoga styles : Sivananda yoga, Iyengar yoga, Yin yoga, Jivamukti yoga.
After Sivananda teacher training I began to teach in 2006. I'm continuing to learn and be inspired by many other teachings, also attending workshops and retreats.
Through my longing to learn and desire to teach, I have developed my own practice, and my classes are an expression of what I have learned through personal experience. I have developed a fluid style of yoga coordinating the basic Hatha yoga postures with the breath to align the body and mind.
Yoga for me, is to feel the energy within me and all around me."
